TERMS OF SERVICE
AGENCY RESPONSIBILITY:
PushPin Adventures offers retail travel services, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel. PushPin Adventures does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, client agrees and understands that PushPin Adventures is not responsible for any operating failures, loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or members of your traveling party during your trip. Client agrees and understands that PushPin Adventures is not responsible for any damages that may arise as a result of acts of nature, war, terrorist activities, or any other actions beyond PushPin Adventures' control. Money processed by PushPin Adventures immediately becomes the property of the airline or travel vendor as required by law. If an airline or travel vendor declares bankruptcy, PushPin Adventures is not responsible for the refund of cancelled services.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:
TRIP INFORMATION: Client will have the opportunity to review the final itinerary prior to payment and advise of any corrections. PushPin Adventures will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to attention immediately. Payments must be received by the due date(s) to avoid booking cancellation.

DOCUMENTATION: U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months past your return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents (including but not limited to immunizations) for entry. Please check the State Department website at http://travel.state.gov for further information. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES: Client acknowledges that travel protection has been offered on their package. If declined, client agrees to secure travel protection on their own or assume all financial responsibility for any changes/cancellations. Discounted fares and vacation packages typically involve restrictions. Therefore, changing any aspect of the travel arrangements after making a deposit may result in additional or lost fees. Client shall review the terms and conditions as set forth by the vendor on the final itinerary.

COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS:
Destinations may require additional documentation such as, but not limited to: Vaccination records, negative Covid tests and specific Covid insurance. Travelers are required to adhere to the Covid guidelines of their destination.

TRAVEL DESIGN RETAINER FEES*:
-FREE discovery call
-Complementary booking for cruises and select Predetermined Packages
-$99 for Custom trips 1-5 days in length
-$199 for Custom trips 6 days or more in length
*travel design retainer fees are non refundable and valid for multiple bookings so long as they are on the exact same itinerary. During the design phase you may change the itinerary (destination) once without additional fees

PAYMENT PLAN: All reservations shall be "Pay at Will" whereby the client is able to initiate payments anytime between the deposit date and the final payment date. This is with the understanding that the reservation shall be paid in full by the final payment date.
